Creating a Campaign is very easy, but you have to make sure that the set up is correct so that Companion can track that all important content!

  1. Go to the Campaign section and select New Campaign

2. A form will appear, you don’t have to fill in everything except the key information below:

  • Campaign Name
  • Category – this is where you will need to categorise the campaign as Event, Partnerships, etc.
  • Start Date & End Date – this is the period in which Companion will capture content. We recommend setting up 24 hours prior to launch so that Companion will be able to capture everything!
  • Platforms – make sure you’re tracking the correct social media platforms so Companion can track them
  • Currency
  • Keywords – these are the # and @ you want Companion to track, be sure to include the # and @ symbols!
  • About – you can choose to give a short description or just N/A

And click Save Campaign

3. You will be taken straight to the Influencer List and you can now Add Your Influencers into the campaign
